Life was a kaleidoscope of excitement and joy, pain and sorrow

In three words, I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life. IT GOES ON!

Seriously, this is a cool video!

P/S: I’m going back home tomorrow, so I’m wondering whether my house’s Streamyx, which is so darn slow, can load the Restaurant City or not… If not, I’ll have to leave it for 3 days! 3 whole days can earn so much money and gourmet points, you know!

A story about a cat May 21, 2009

Two days ago, I was sitting in the lecture room waiting for the lecture to start when someone tapped on my chair from behind. I turned around and saw Mr Liew, one of my coursemate. He said, “Hey! I have a story about a cat to tell you all!” So, Miss Weng, Miss Chew and me decided to listen to his story about a cat (I sat in between Miss Weng and Miss Chew).

Mr Liew said that he and Mr Singh (also my coursemate and who happened to be my class rep too) stumbled across a stray cat at the ground floor of their HDB flat when they were walking back home the previous night (both of them live in the same house apparently). Both of them saw the cat and decided to buy something for the cat to eat. I have no idea why they want to buy something for the cat to eat when they don’t even own the cat. Anyway, they walked to 7-11 which is quite near to their house and bought a can of tuna for $3.40, if I remember correctly. They went back to the place where they found the cat and the cat was still there. They opened the can and spilled everything out from the can onto the ground. The cat sniffed at the tuna and guess what? It turned around and run away. Without even touching the tuna.

So, Mr Liew concluded his story with a statement, “That cat must be a vegetarian!”

P/S: I just received a news informing me that one of my primary school classmates passed away this evening due to bone cancer. Miss I., may you rest in peace. Life and death is so unexpected…

I have decided to post the answer to the anagram in the previous post though only 2 friends of mine were asking me for it. Rearrange “From The Heart” and you can spell “mother” and “father”.

P/S: I finally got my new IC 2 weeks ago! Hmm… I was quite satisfied with the photo in my new IC this time. Ho ho ho… I have to resist myself from uploading the photo from my new IC in case someone saw it and accidentally fall in love with me! =p

From The Heart May 8, 2009

The annual Mother’s Day is here again! In the past, my family and I usually celebrate Mother’s Day with my maternal grandma and my aunt and uncles by getting together and have a nice dinner at some nice restaurant. Since my grandma is staying in Johor Bahru currently with my uncle and my parents are going to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow to attend a wedding dinner, so I’m not going back home to celebrate Mother’s Day.

I’m kinda busy playing the games in Facebook recently that I have forgotten that I have a blog. :P So, in conjunction with Mother’s Day tomorrow, let’s play a little and simple unscrambling anagram’s game!

The expression “From The Heart” evokes love and sincerity. As it happens, the 12 letters in that phrase can be rearranged into two six-letter opposites that have a lot to do with love and marriage. Can you unscramble our anagram?
